Foothills Urology has recently relocated to the beautiful Red Rocks Medical Center in Golden, Colorado. This office and surgical facility provides expanded space, access to an imaging center, and an on-site surgery center in one convenient location. This will allow us to provide better efficiency and care in serving our patients and their needs.

We are located near the junction of I-70 and 6th Ave. On 6th Ave, take the Indiana Street exit south, past two stoplights and take a left. The 3-story building is located in the southeast (left) corner. The sign reads "Red Rocks Medical Center". If you come from Colfax St., the street to turn on is Denver West Mills Parkway, which turns into Indiana Street after the 6th Ave. bridge.

Dr. Zukosky sees patients at the Arapahoe Peak Health Center in Evergreen, Colorado. He is there on the first and third Thursday mornings of each month. Appointments can be made through our main office number at (303) 985-2550.
